State of Me:
Holy crap, I have been so BUSY. Work has been a nightmare but it always is in summer and I'm coming off several catastrophe losses in the midwest so I am one overworked fraud analyst. I'm hoping it settles down for the next little bit but hurricane season is here so...no end in sight.
Jacob Black (
quileutejacob): Jacob is married and an uncle to little Renesmee now! It's going to get him thinking about children, to be sure, but Jacob very much wants to wait and feels like he and Belle are too young to start a family right now. He is, however, super excited about being an uncle and I should go tag Libbie back right now.
I'm on a constant search for friends for him, so please tag him. I hope to give him an EP next month. Otherwise, Belle's turning into a boy for sexswitch so that will be...interesting.

notsocommon): Magnus is happy she's back on Council and is kind of steady right now. I don't really have anything super pressing for her in the next few months other than sex switch, because I'm aging her down and she's going to look like this because I think I'm hilarious and want to play Taylor Swift for a weekend. And also she's perfect because she's tall and has curly blonde hair (usually) which is how Magnus looked as a girl. So. She will be having a little freakout about how she's MARRIED and has a SON and will be very proper and Victorian and easily shocked.
Jon Snow (
tooktheblack): Jon is pretty content right now. He's thinking about asking Leah to marry him even though he still never, ever wants children and he's happy to have his brothers on the island. He's loving getting to know Bran and DEL. Oh my goodness, Del is honestly one of his favorite people which I never expected.
He's been a little quiet on me so I will probably EP him soon. For sex switch, he's going to be Crystal Reed after narrowing down a lot of options. He is not going to be fond of his new womanly curves.
Kahlan Amnell (
mother_confessor): Kahlan is kind of coasting right now waiting on the baby to be born in August and I've mostly been just tagging her around instead of EPing. I do think I want to give her an EP next month so she can have one last chance to meet some new people before the baby comes but otherwise, I'm happy to set up threads with her current friends <3
Sam Merlotte (
merlotte):Sam is going to be a daddy! It's going to be a surprise to him and Charlie, of course, but they've been talking about babies and getting married so it's not too much of a surprise. I need to EP him really bad and now that True Blood is back on the air, he's a little louder than usual. Interestingly enough, they have showed him a little paternal in S5/S6 so I've gotten a chance to see what he might be like.
Still at a loss for an item for him but when it comes to me, I'll be sure to post it. I'm thinking about something from the bar - maybe that painting of the dog and the little girl from his office?
Magic Mike: (
likes_breakfast)Mike is still kind of just a fun pup. He never really has any serious plot to speak of and while he's fun and I enjoy him, he's also not one I have specific goals for - which is problematic at times. I don't think I'm going to drop him but I definitely want to generate some plot with him. I'm thinking about having him offer a hip hop dance class with extra instruction for anyone who wants to dance at the club. He kind of wants to put together a not-necessarily-stripping male dance revue and so if yours would volunteer for that, let me know.
MacKenzie McHale: (
embedded)MACKENZIE. Mac is probably the loudest character I have right now because she's the one that I write fic for/am active in the fandom for and she finally, finally got some really good play and met people this month. She's frustrated that she's in a relationship with Nikola that basically can't go anywhere since he's also in a relationship with Alcuin but she feels slightly better now that she's A) met Alcuin and he doesn't hate her and B) she slept with some other people and doesn't feel trapped.
So, it's not come back yet but Christina and I did plan to get her pregnant, which is the last possible thing she could ever want period, and it's going to definitely upset her and really frustrate her. I think it'll be a good plot for her because it's not something she'll be happy about and she'll have to really do some growing and changing in order to adjust - but it'll give her a tie to the island she doesn't currently have.
As it stands, she's still dating around and probably will continue to do so, even with that big status change. I really like her friendship with Scripps, of course, and all the new people she met this month. I also want another thread with Wendy since she seems to be Mac's only female friend.
Jack O'Neill: (
has_2ls)Jack is a little quiet right now, probably because Mac just had so much going on this month, but he's really just settling in to being a dad and figuring out wtf is going on with his relationship. He's also been concerned about Lydia and is glad she's back home with Jane.
I think he's seriously going to start figuring out how to ask Carter to marry him again in the next few months, so he'll probably pick the brains of his various friends to figure out a way to do that - and hilarity will likely ensue.
Legolas: (
of_mirkwood)Legolas is still a delight. He has SUCH good plot with his canonmates and I can't wait to thread with teeny!Fili for the ageswitch and continue his threads in the cave troll plot. He is intending to offer an Elvish class next school term for all those who might want to learn and I'm really looking forward to getting to make those connections for him.
Melanie Stryder (
safeashouses): Melanie accidentally got a boyfriend? Stephenie Meyer tends to write these love stories that are all-encompassing but not entirely mature at times and for Melanie, while she loves Jared, she's also never had an option OTHER than Jared considering the nature of her world. While she doesn't love Nick, she's definitely interested in him, and it's been fun to play her navigating a new relationship and trying to reconcile it with her old one.
But my favorite things for her are always her threads with Wanderer and I hope she can branch out and make some more sisterly-type friends as she's always been kind of a loner.
Obi-Wan Kenobi (
only_hope)Sigh, I couldn't find any good younger gifs of Obi-Wan which completely upsets me so note to self, make gifs from Episode III this weekend. I know, it requires me to look at Episode III but at least I'm not actually watching it and just clipping video?
The biggest thing for Obi-Wan is YAY IM PLAYING HIM I LOVE HIM. Secondly, he's trying his best to go incognito as Ben the Friendly Corellian and while he's terrible at it, I imagine he'll probably try to keep it up for a few months. He will, however, get to become the Sir Alec Guinness version of himself in August for ageswitch and OMG I AM SO EXCITED.
