State of the Pups - October 2011

State of Me: Meh. I've been super stressed lately and it's kind of come out in my playing. That said, I did a lot better this month than I did last month.



Jack O'Neill (has_2ls): I didn't do more threads with Jack this month, necessarily, but I like the threads he had. I really like him always with Steve McGarrett and I'd like to snag Danny for a thread before ~the wedding.~ He still hasn't told anyone that Sam's pregnant again and honestly, the prime suspects to know first are likely Jane and Lip and/or River. I really loved his thread with Jack Harkness this month too re Daniel and Vala, my heart. MY HEART.

I want to give him an EP next month, definitely, and when the snow comes I know he'll be loud. I really want to do another timeloop for him, though. Ideas, Callie? I kind of want an Edora one >.>

Threads I would like: Sam Carter, River Tam, Mal Reynolds, Steve McGarrett, Jack Harkness, Lipton, Jane B.



Jacob Black (quileutejacob): Jacob: still awesome. He's really gotten louder since Bella showed up and I love it. Manda and I have a mini-plot planned for him and Belle and Belle's moving out of the homestead so he's getting some good plot even if it's small focused right now.

Threads I would like: Shari Cooper, Bella Swan, Belle, Alexis Castle, Claire Bennet, Marshall Gregson, Coraline Jones, Billy Kaplan



Princess Zelda (hylianqueen): Zelda is steady and strong. She's very comfortable with Alistair, almost too comfortable, and I really want to give her an item to shake her up but I want to wait and see what Tracey has planned for Alistair first. She did lose Tom this month, though, and that's hard on her (disappearances always are.)

Item-wise, I'm thinking either the Master Sword or Sheik's uniform.

Dr. Helen Magnus (lastof_five): Still flawless. Still gorgeous. Still my favorite. I had some fantastic threads with Kate this month and she and Will broke my heart over losing Juliet, omg. All the creys. All of Helen's issues deal with the fact that everyone fucking leaves her always and this month really got to tug on that.

I want a timeloop for her badly, no lie. Callie and I talked about redoing the episode "Requiem" and I know Allie's talked about doing one for Kate with "Penance" but part of me really, really wants a "Pavor Nocturnus" timeloop to tie in with her item this year. Bad. I am also a sucker for anything Pavor.

She will be pursuing another term on Council provided she's nominated (and she's not so crass as to nominate herself, you silly geese) and she really wants to work on making the island a better place and a home for her, as much as she can.

Threads I would like: House, Pierrette, Sam Witwicky, Coraline Jones, Hiccup, Kate Freelander, Will Zimmerman, other Council members, Sookie, Ianto, everyone ever.



Gwen Cooper (ffyddlon): Oh God, all my creys. She knows about Nate now and she and the Doctor had the most heartbreaking thread ever. Those close to her know she's not dealing well, at all, and any kind of pick me ups are highly appreciated.

I wanted her to kind of go crazy and sleep around a little bit while she was trying to find her head but other pups did that this month and I kind of felt like it would be overload so I held back. That said, if anyone would like a no strings attached fling with a Welsh girl, come at me.

Threads I would like: Chase, House, The Doctor, Ianto, Charlie J, Jack Harkness, Kate Beckett, Richard Castle, Olivia Dunham, Karen, everyone



Jon Snow (tooktheblack): Jon is still loud as ever and building up those friendships left and right. Peter Pevensie next month or December is going to be awesomesauce and I really want to focus on building his friendships and instilling some trust in the island for him before I start giving him items and stuff to fuck him up. I would also like flirt objects for him >.>

Threads I would like: Lionel Trane, Marshall Gregson, Kurt Hummel, Noah Puckerman, Arya, Robb, Petyr Baelish, Edmund Pevensie, Pierrette, other young people.



Declan MacRae (duerespectguv): Declan is loud as fuck and all about Kate. Nobody is shocked by this, least of all me, and Allie and I have great things planned for him next month. I still want him to meet more people than he has, though, and any suggestions are welcome XD. He's kind of a funny guy, when he warms up to you, and he's a gentleman and is incredibly handy.

The Future



Adam Conant (powerof_water): Adam is the only definite for me and the app's been written for about a month now and I've just been sitting on it. He's book canon only, which is a decision I'm happy with, but I'm sure some of Thomas Dekker's quirks from the series are going to bleed in on me. I'm okay with that.

AND TARIE RESERVED CASSIE WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE. IS THIS THE REAL LIFE?

Basically, excited to bring you a Thomas Dekker.

I just wanted to say that I am SO SO SORRY for dropping that thread with Jon. Basically, school kicked me in the butt, very suddenly. I thought I could deal, but I couldn't ;___; but honestly, I ADORE your Jon and I'd love a chance to thread with him later on. But only if you're okay with it :3

DO IT. They're actually quite quick reads, so even if you don't like them in the end (which I know a lot of people who haven't, now that I think about it) you haven't wasted that much time. I got through them in like...two days.

I watched the pilot and said, "Nope, can't do it." I couldn't to it for Vampire Diaries I won't for TSC, either. I was passionately in love with those books for awhile and I just kinda shudder at the adaptations.

I could never get past the Bella Swan lookalike as Elena and the loss of the Renaissance-based backstory. I'm a sucker for the Renaissance.

Actually, I kinda hate all the casting for that show. Partly because of the WB pretty-kid wash over the whole thing, and partly because I HAAAATE the actor that plays Stephan.

Hahah yeah, the CW is all about pretty. What irritates me is the hair color changes. I know it's stupid but LJ Smith RHAPSODIZES on Elena's hair/eyes and Cassie's and I'm like BFD PEOPLE.
